Strawberry Cloud
1 Angel Food Cake 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 pkg. strawberry glaze 2 cartons Cool Whip 2 c. fresh strawberries 1 c. sugar
Bottom Layer: Crumble angel food cake & mix with one container of Cool Whip. Flaten into bottom of pan. Second Layer: Combine other container Cool Whip with cream cheese & sugar; beat with mixer. Spread over bottom layer. Top Layer: Layer with sliced strawberries & pour glaze over top. Garnish with whole berries and/or Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
Orange Juice Cake
1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 c. orange juice 1/2 c. Crisco Oil 4 eggs 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Grease & flour bundt pan. Pour chopped pecans evenly over bottom.
Mix remaining ingredients & pour over nuts. Bake in preheated oven at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes.
GLAZE: 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 stick butter
Mix together & boil for about two minutes. Pour over hot cake in pan. Let set for 30 minutes & then remove from pan.
Better Than Sex Cake
1 box of yellow butter cake mix 1 (15oz.) can crushed pineapple (heavy syrup) 2 C. sugar 1 small vanilla instant pudding 1 small sour cream 1 3/4 C. cold milk 1 small cool whip
Prepare cake mix as directed on box; bake. punch holes in top of cake. Mix pineapple in heavy syrup & sugar; Boil 2 or 3 mins until thick. Pour over cake while hot. Let cool COMPLETELY. Mix instant pudding, sour cream and milk. Beat until thick; spread on cake. Next spread top w/cool whip and sprinkle w/coconut. Keep refrigerated
