Taco Casserole
2c cooked noodles 1 3/4 tomato sauce
with tomato bits
8 oz of ground turkey or beef 1 (1.25 oz) pkg taco
seasoning
1/2 chopped onion 3 oz of taco cheese
1/4 chopped green pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I n a large skillet sprayed with cooking
spray. brown meat onio, and green peppers add tomato sauce and taco
seasoning. Simmer for 5 to 10 min. Stir in cooked noodles. Pour in a 8x8 in
backing dish (i use a casserole dish) sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at
15 to 20 mins. Top with cheese and bake for another 10 mins or until cheese
melts. Let stand 5 mins before serving
