 Well it's been a long time since I've updated my Lodge page bio, I've
been ummmm proded to do so LOL Well lets see what there is to tell. Back
in 98 I had a wonderful opertunaty to spend 6 months in the states
meeting various friends that I have made from powwow (mostly lodge
members:) I stayed in a small town in Kentucky called Horse Cave bumming
room and board from Tigertiger and his lovely Callie. While living there
I got to meet a large portion of the Lodge members (well it was a large
portion back then lol) when I put together the NAICA dinner thingy that
many attended. While I was down there I got to see some interesting
places and meet alot interesting people. I was fortunate enough that
every meeting I had with folks that I've met online were just as cool in
real life and enjoyed meeting each and everyone of them (didn't even
mind meeting them for a second time LOL JK).
I returned to Vancouver, BC in late summer of 98 even though I didn't
really want to. Since returning to my home town I've returned to my old
job as warehouse supervisor of a large freight forwarding at the
Vancouver International Airport. Aside from that I also do a small bit
of web site design for a couple of companies back in Horse Cave, KY (but
nothing spectacular). I'm currently working on building my own ecommerce
site to sell Native American hand crafted jewellry, bowls and such
things. With any hope, IddyInc.com will be a success and allow me to one
day return to KY, as SusieQ says, I'm a southerner born in the north
LOL.
For the future, as I said above, I'm hoping that my ecommerce site is a
success. I also hope to get to meet some more of the lodge members and
maybe I will even throw another NAICA party to get them all together
once again :) For now I am just looking forward to helping my new
girlfriend move to the west coast so she will be closer to me. Other
then that I lead a pretty dull life LOL I spend most of my time on the
computer or at work. Altho I want to try to do some more camping this
summer and get the last of my things from KY.
